The Carolina states are unfortunately a bit on the conservative side and as much as a few people want considerable quantities of marijuana for medical purposes, they are bound by the law. Specifically, South Carolina has at least cleared the medical marijuana bill while the people of North Carolina have not yet been able to vote oil for the legalization of medical marijuana. The people of South Carolina feel that there’s hardly any difference in the efficacy of CBD oil extracted from hemp and CBD oil with THC that they get after registering as a patient. The quantity of THC allowed is as low as 0.9 and burning a hole in pockets along with going through the ordeal of registration and monitoring are the downsides of the current medical marijuana legislation in South Carolina.
